You already know that WBT provides online training to introduce and familiarize you with MiSACWIS, but in this lesson you also learned much more about online help. For example, you learned that online help offers several types of assistance, including screen, conceptual, procedural, task, and reference topics. It also includes a glossary, table of contents, and a search capability, and it offers brief Show Me animations. You can access all help tools by clicking help & training in the header and then clicking Online Help.
You also learned about the availability of the Getting Started Guide to help you begin using MiSACWIS. In addition, the User Guide provides detailed online documentation you can view on your monitor or print to a local printer. Finally, MiSACWIS also provides access to online policies for additional assistance.
